SORE MUSCLE SPORTS THERAPY
An invigorating loofa exfoliation starts this tension relieving treatment to increase circulation. We use an aloe vera mask infused with OHANA’s MYO-EASE pain relieving oil, which soothes sore muscles and has natural anti-spasmodic properties. Tight sore muscles begin relaxing as your body heat promotes absorption, perspiration and detoxification. After a warm shower, your wrap concludes with OHANA’s MYO-EASE Sports Gel to soothe muscles and hydrate skin.

This grounding and restorative treatment begins with our DEEP FOREST foot soak. Begin to relax with a hot cup of tea allowing the stress of the day to slowly melt away.
