Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificates expire 1 year from date of issue. Appointments must be scheduled prior to the expiration date. No exceptions will be made. We require 24 hour cancellation notice for all missed appointments. (24 hour notification does not void your gift certificate). No call, no show appointments void 100% of certificates value.
Appointments
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to fill out our new client form, and to allow yourself to unwind. We request you to arrive on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do everything possible to give you your scheduled services; however you may not be able to receive your full treatment. You may also schedule appointments and print out a new client forms online at OhanaMassageTherapy.com to fill out prior to your scheduled arrival.
Cancellations
Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, we request 24 hour notice for all cancellations. No call and no shows will be charged the full missed appointment fee.
Unity Massage and Spa Treatment PolicyA 50% deposit to guarantee your reservation will be charged at the time of booking for all Massage Synergies, Unity Massages and Spa Therapies. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please call 24-hours in advance to receive a full refund. Less than 24-hours notice will void refund.
Payments
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
A $25 fee is charged on all returned checks.
Referral Program
Referrals are the greatest compliment you can give us. You will receive a $10.00 credit for each referral that receives a treatment at OHANA. One $10.00 credit may be applied per visit. Credits may be applied towards massage, spa services or S’energy products. Credits do not have a cash value.
(Credits may not be applied towards student pricing or other discounts.)
